When one removes organs to use in another person,

You are wrong on this one, I posted the link, when people are declared brain dead,
the family can sign a consent for organ harvesting (donation), and organs can be harvested
while the heart still beats to insure they are as fresh as possible, and the heart stops
beating once removed.

yes those investigations are over....there are still investigations ongoing....however georgia, indina, mass and south dakota didnt deal with fetal tissue donations, and were not in the undercover videos...it would make better sense to investuiagte those clinics were the videos were taken dont you think?

I think there are special removal service companies that work with that.

And, I think kellyjay might have been referring to the clinics in states cited in the videos, not all clinics.
