Pretty cute! My Border Collie gives me the saddest eyes while I bathe him. He's pretty chatty so I'm surprised he doesn't voice his discontent when he's getting hosed down.

Poor cat. It looks like it meant it, too.
Somebody better watch her back. She has to sleep sometime lol.

Perhaps we're just regressing to a point where we can understand animals.

I'm more surprised that the cat didn't say "your fired, pack your things and you will be escorted from the building."

A free living pig in the Forest of Dean said "Hello" to me about 48 hours ago. Thank you for helping me feel a little less stupid about admitting it here.

Noises continued on and off through the night. At about two or three o'clock a pig grunted "Hello".

I would reckon a wee kitty like that would not like the deluge, and makes them feel heavy when the fur is sodden, the vocals though are something else. How do to the right thing for your cat might help,

Okay,

I just watched it again (bad on me).

Poor kitty.

"No More, No More"

Perhaps the owner or bather should actually listen to the cat instead of laughing and not getting it out of an obviously upsetting situation.

That poor kitty reminds me of the time our Cleo (who looked exactly like this poor soul) got infested with fleas and had to be bathed. The vocalizations were indeed pitiful and yet funny.
She got her revenge by spraying the bathroom cabinets as soon as she was let loose. She had never done anything like that before and never did it again.

** that cat looks just like an old one of mine. but "chocky" used to howl and flail like she was being drowned. had to be held very carefully to avoid ripped wrist veins. her HOWLS were so Primitive, like Primordial Terror, and i had to keep calming her. she did NOT like being bathed !!! poor darling last i saw of her in the garden she was staggering about with Leg collapse, i guess she got over a fence, then couldnt get back. she was a good friend for 14 years, RIP chocky. my new friend "amber" has just come in and walked across the keyboard ! pets are so important to ones peace and Clear Thinking, especially at times when all humans around you seem to be rabid. i have rabbits in the garden, but in previous years without them, the garden seemed "dead", the flowers were not enough, i like to talk to them and feel part of nature.....

I've had the unfortunate experience to have to bathe a cat on two occasions. Our indoor cat got outdoors when we lived in town and got infested with fleas. Not wanting to put poison on her, we bathed her.
On another occasion our cat had somehow gotten one side of herself covered in oil. We never figured out the source of the oil but she had to be bathed. She was a howler--and a growler.
I sincerely hope to never again have to subject a cat to that!

I have a long hired breed of cat. I can tell you as much as she hates baths, sometimes they are necessary as the poor thing gets feces trapped in her fur and cant get it out and panics.

HAHAHAHAHA!

I started playing this video and my cat, wherever he was, came running into the room, his ears back, looked at me, and ran to the window. He was about ready to take up arms in defense of his Territory.

ETA: Wait, what? When I type w-i-n-d-o-w it turns in a _ Is that a glitch???
