Really just posting this for the record.
This is a story from through the week in the WSJ i didn't see posted here.

WASHINGTON—Islamic State militants likely used mustard agent against Kurdish forces in Iraq this week, senior U.S. officials said Thursday, in the first indication the militant group has obtained banned chemicals.

americanpowerblog.blogspot.co.uk...

If ISIS are running around the ME with chemical weapons it's time to put at end to their reign of terror, we need boots on the ground in large numbers.

I added a different link with the story because you need to subscribe to read the story @WSJ

They'll use anything they get their hands on, that's the worrying part.

Imagine they got hold of a nuke?

sorry, who's mess?

Their own mess? I'm fairly sure this was born out of the 2003 Illegal Iraqi invasion. Before that, there were no militia groups in Iraq. Instead we had Saddam who ensured none of this crap existed.

Thank-god we gave Iraq Democracy and protected civilians from chemical weapons use. We've made it such a better place

Actually it would be France and the UK's fault for dividing up the middle east in the manner they did after WWII.

Actually all the US did was to stipulate that the UK (during the lend-lease act) drop its preferential trade agreements with commonwealth nations and to spread the love around.
