I'm on a new Macbook Pro and the buttons at the top of the post editor aren't working for me. I'm having to manually type in the bbcodes for inserting videos and links and such. Is anyone else having this issue?

I don't have an Apple machine handy, but I'll gladly fire up Chrome from an IBM and see if I can reproduce the error.

Cool, I tried rebooting and I'm still having the same problem.

Couldn't reproduce it in either online or offline mode. Had all of the edit buttons. Have you installed any new pop-up blockers or similar software?

ETA: I also installed a series of browser extensions trying to reproduce the glitch and couldn't. If you have extensions you could try disabling them all and then, if the edit buttons reappear, turn them back on one at a time to see which one, or combination, is keeping things from working.

If that doesn't apply, moderator Armap checks ATS with different browsers constantly just to see how they work. Messaging him would not hurt.

Nope. Nothing at all. I opened up Safari and it works fine there. In Chrome I'm still able to star and flag posts and all the reply buttons and stuff work, just not the editor buttons.

No problem! Man, wish I could have helped more. Like I said, drop Armap a line. He is the in house genius about these quirky little things.

It sounds like JavaScript isn't enabled. All of those functions rely on JavaScript.

So did you find out what the issue was? I use my phone's browser which is safari like 99% of the time I get on here and I've had this issue for awhile now.

Try an install of the latest chrome.

On mac, the update doesn't work the same as Windows.

Download the latest DMG and install from there.
