I apologize for the Daily Mail news source but it's the only one in which the video is accessible. It shows an object on the same trajectory as, and possibly further out from, a Virgin Airlines flight departing JFK.

Either way, even if it was a real video to me it just looks like another plane way off in the distance looping or something
