Not sure how this was hoax binned? It was obviously a photoshopped image of a fake memorial and it says so in the OP:

Surprisingly, the fake picture has received a large amount of blowback from law enforcement officers, despite the thousands of repugnant cops who liked and shared it.

The issue was that it was posted to the feed of a Facebook profile administrated by anonymous LEOs, that's been around for years and has thousands of followers. Nobody ever claimed that it was a real world object.
