There is being happy and having happiness. Being happy requires an action that makes us feel good. Happiness is a state of being that requires many different forms of emotion to achieve. What makes us happy is not necessarily going to impact our happiness the way we expect, because there are many different aspects to what makes us happy.

Happiness is what you find at the end of the rainbow when you have weathered the storms of life, very rarely do we ever find complete happiness. The journey to true happiness is never ending. However, there can be happiness in the journey.

Excellent post which I can really identify with although the films which impacted on me were the very first Star Wars & Close Encounters. Both space related, what does that mean ?

I am still looking for that inspiration even now as frankly I am a miserable so and so.
