The link has a video, "synthetic marijuana plaguing law enforcement" and I'm sure it is, however the video they use and claim a man is high on fake weed, according to police.... yet I remembered seeing the footage from COPS back in the 90s pretty sure the guy was high on PCP...

CNN makes Pravda look trustworthy

CNN should fire whoever dredged up that footage for the story. However synthetic pot is a problem. I spent a year, recently, in a city called Columbus ( Georgia ). It's a blue collar town with a fair amount of poverty and I saw, first hand, just how jacked up people who smoke spice can get. It's dangerous stuff. These folks tended to get psychotic and aggressive - not mellow and happy.
