Seattle Seafair Airshow 2015

Here are a few pics and videos I took from the Airshow this year.

(Disclaimer: I filmed from a different vantage point that put me 2+ miles from performance center stage thus the pics are not as high quality as I would like and the videos are shaky as heck with the camera being at max. zoom most of the time.)

I saw Team Oracles custom show this past spring at the great New England airshow and I got to say I was pretty impressed.

Wanted to go the show but just didn't feel like dealing the traffic. Still got to see some jets do a few a tricks though from across the water so that was cool. Thanks for sharing the pics and vids, good stuff.

Yeah I didn't want to do the crowds/traffic either. I scouted out a park on Mercer Isl. the weekend before and got to the park around 10am before the show started. Wasn't too many people there at that time but it packed in as the Blue's started. We stayed at the park til around 4pm so didn't have to deal with the rush off the island.

Hawaiian flies the A330-200 now. They have A350s on order to eventually replace their 767s.

#4 is a two seater? d model? you know for when you want to take journalists along or the press.

I think #8 is piloted by a chick.

The C-130 has a female pilot.

Number 4 was #7 in disguise. They had to leave it behind so 7 took its place.

i attended an airshow in fargo the same two days as your seattle airshow, we also had the blue angels.....
how many blue angel teams are there? i had thought there was just one... unless they can be in two places at one time?...

Nice pics.

Shows just how huge a Raptor is, which is funny for a plane so remarkably stealthy.

Fargo's was July 25th - 26th. Seafair was last weekend, Aug. 1st - 2nd.
