He will say his Son wanted him to run so he has to. So Joe will not be running out of any ambition to be President they will say, he has to run because his son wants him to. I think this is pretty obvious and he will probably be the nominee.

The Clinton baggage will become too much to bear.

The race will probably be Bush vs. Biden so essentially bad vs worse.

This will be so fun.

His gaffes over the past 8 years are classic and will make great fodder for SNL etc.

He makes Ford look like 007 suave.

My prediction is that the deck as been cleared for Hillary Clinton to win her party's nod for the 2016. On that basis she won't face any serious opposition in the primaries. A few more candidates may put their hands up even if it is just to fill spots in the TV debates.

Meanwhile the dysfunctional train wreck that is the GOP won't field a candidate who is capable of winning back the White House.
