Some have faith in man.

Why do I not believe in "God"? Simple. There are no reasons to believe in your god. Having faith in a abstract such as your god is no different than having faith in underwear gnomes. Since I don't have any compelling reason to believe in underwear gnomes, I do not feel there can be any reprisal for my unbelief. As an atheist, I do not insist that your god does not exist, just that he is as likely to exist as underwear gnomes. I cannot disprove underwear gnomes, either.

Oh! Okay - Well, some people (like me) believe that you can just have faith and do nothing. Just say "Jesus", and it's all good. Nothing else required.

Once saved, always saved. But, you can't do that until you are of age to make conscious decisions.....

Other people think *eyeroll* that a baby getting baptized means anything!

That makes no sense. Again, if a person told me that underwear gnomes provided me with a better life and eternity in gnome heaven, how does that convince me they exist? All it says is that an urban legend has more urban legends attached to it.

If those are the only "arguments" you've heard of I think you need to do a little more digging cause from my perspective it seems like you haven't ever really given my side a fair chance, and hopefully after this thread is done everyone can see that Ive given atheism and agnosticism a fair chance.

Nothing that you have said is any attempt to produce any form of physical or logical evidence for the existence of God.
