yes they are documented....that doesn't mean all democrats want to ban guns, not even close to a majority. it's easy to talk about rights....the "second" clearly is one, and I have no wish to ban guns or heavily restrict owning them....and here's the but...you want the right, but don't care about the responsibility for having that right. when the NRA won't even restrict criminals or mental patients from buying them, something is wrong...and I will say, as a democrat, nobody is going to tell me I cannot own a gun for my own, and my families protection, you will find this attitude prevalent even in democratic circles
