Right, but both are needed, without the activist and the 'Out' trans people there would be be no visibility the issues, but it's not fair to expect everyone to be an activist, that is why both are essential.


I look at the HRC and GLADD and those organizations as almost necessary evils right now, they do Not represent the entire GLBtQ+ community, but they are the only position of power at the moment to get Legislation in front of Congress. i wish more of our Grassroots efforts could be recognized and we could have a louder voice.

But just because that is who looks to be in charge does not mean every Gay White person is like that
