Strange 'Thing' Hovers then flies across sky - UFO

Hi All,

found another interesting video that was posted in the last few days, apparently it was filmed on Sunday 5th July near Philadelphia in the Tioga neighbourhood,

here is the spiel:

An unusual sight was seen in Philadelphia skies on Sunday, July 5. Hector Garcia captured what appears to be a small, cloud-like mass floating just above the rooftops in the Tioga neighbourhood. While some have speculated on the possibility of a UFO, other explanations raised include a big bag, weird cloud, and soap suds

To me it looks like a half cloaked ship, as its shape doesn't really change, so if it was a big tarp or bag, it wouldn't be such a defined shape, also the thing didn't morph, it turned. there is clearly a front of the object, as that is always facing the route of travel, also you can see lights appearing inside

so what's your thoughts?

This has been the source of many threads in the past week or two.
It is a plastic bag blown into the air by the wind, in most people's opinion.

Yep this threads been on over and over and over. But I don't believe it's a plastic bag. To me it looks exactly like some of the other soap suds videos people have posted .

That too is very possible.
It would explain the 'lights'... sun reflecting from larger bubbles.
