Hillary Lied To CNN: House Committee Releases Subpoena She Claimed She Didn't Get

So. Hillary goes to an interview on CNN.

They ask her about some servers and emails.

The interviewer says:

Keilar: But you said they -- that they did the same thing -- that they used a personal server and -- and while facing a subpoena, deleted emails from them?

and Hillary says:

Clinton: You know, you're starting with so many assumptions that are -- I've never had a subpoena.

Then somebody releases the subpoena.

It seems some subpoenas don't hit the news and those who get them never talk outloud.

Hillary thought she was in a "safe zone"

Also, who thinks her marriage has been about politics and power from day 1? How many affairs did Bill have? Well we know of at least 3. Their lack or morality knows no bounds!

Do we even need to see the receipt? I don't. Cnn right now saying, Hillary is doing small group interviews. Probably so that it can be highly controlled.

Yes. When you are served a subpoena, it is filed with and by the process-server by order of the court or authority that issued the subpoena.

So if she was, then yes there is.

I don't see how that constitutes a receipt that can be used in any meaningful manner There doesn't seem to be any statement on there from the receiver saying "yep I got it" - a physical receipt would have at least a staffer's signature for example, or perhaps a stamp from Clinton's office admin....

this one says "Email by consent" - which seems a reasonable thing to do in the 21st century - but certainly is not any sort of acknowledgement of receipt.

I don't see anything else in the reproduced document that looks like a receipt, and am unsure what criteria you are using for "certified"??

"By Consent" means She knew and allowed the email serve.

A process-server is an officer of the court, his/her testimony you received it is enough. What that means in application is, no you actually don't sign anything. It really is (when served in person) handed to you, and that's it.
