Man who was 'possessed by a homosexual demon

I just stumbled across this news article and thought to share this. Many here at ATS have voiced their opinion recently about gay rights and laws so depending on how you feel about this article .... it will either make you laugh or you will get upset.

Many know me as a Christian and my beliefs about homosexxuality but I find this article a bit amusing but at the same time disturbing...

I do not think arguing about homosexualality and how one becomes gay whether if by birth or by desire because no one can prove this. It is only speculation at this point...... so no reason to debate this issue.

As a demonologist I have never ran across a homosexual demon who makes you want to download gay porn. Normally a demon's goal is to bring harm and eventually death to the individual it possesses or its family so I found this article amusing.. especially how the ritual was preformed but it is my opinion this is nothing more than "showboating".

In black magic rituals often you will find homosexual activity (to defy God) but in this article it is this type of public exposure that makes Christianity look silly and unbelievable.

So to all you Christian haters..... this is one time I will agree with you that this is nonsense and clearly has nothing to do with demons.

A video has emerged of a Nigerian businessman being exorcised by a priest because he was allegedly possessed by a 'homosexual demon' after bathing in a hotel swimming pool in Kenya. Filmed by a Nigerian Christian television network, the video claims that after Tegus caught the demon, he broke up with his girlfriend and started to download gay porn. A man, thought to be a priest, is seen questioning Tegus before carrying out the exorcism. Throwing his arms at the possessed man, the priest yells at him: 'Turn'. He proceeds to do this again before Tegus tries to escape. Grabbing him tightly by the wrist, the priest orders the demon: 'Turn for Jesus Christ.'

The dramatic video opens with a calm interview between the priest and the smartly dressed businessman. When asked who is inside him, Tegus quietly says that it is his 'friend' and that he has many 'friends' inside him. The priest calmly asked for some names and in response Tegus says: 'I made him gay'.

Starting to build up the tension for the packed congregation, the priests asks: 'What have you been pushing him to do against his will?' Tegus tells the priest how the supposed demon made him love men instead of loving women and that he loves men.

it's very sad that people have to deny their nature to such an extent that when it takes over, they have to go and blame a "demon" so they don't get killed or cast out or whatever.

I never choose to be straight neither did most in the thread asking it the question.

I saw this video 2 days ago and was laughing, like seriously entranced in laughter by how fake and ridiculous this entire video is. "Damn homosexual demons that make random nigerian's gay!" The entire excorsizing of demons is a ploy to make you believe in demons. Maybe he was the one I get spam from and the minister was removing the greedy capitalistic virus from his mind.

I bathed in a swimming pool once and ever since I have been possessed by the alcohol demon.

No exorcism required, we're doing fine.

Sad that this bloke thinks he's caught the gay - obviously he couldn't get it up so his girlfriend left him and the rest is history.

IMO "Nigerian businessman" is an oxymoron, I've lost count at the amount of times I've won the Nigerian lotto.

I do know that there is a demon inhabiting facebook at the moment. You can see it in everyones profile pictures. It looks all shimmery and colourful.

I wish it would be cast out, because it's impossible to tell at a glance who is who any more.

I never chose to be straight, but somehow this demon entered me one night and now I question what I like to get off on, sometimes I lay in the grass and hump the Earth and now I want to marry it. I dig all sorts of holes in my yard and just go to town. I wan't tax breaks because I want to marry the dirt beneath my feet and now I am going to court for raping the land. Such hypocrites. They say I cannot marry the land because I would then own all Earth and it would not be beneficial to others who own her, so I am to belive the Earht is just a slut that can be taken advantage of by anyone or creature, and I decalre repeatedly that she must be mine, that my seed is abundant within her, that I will have creatures born from her of me, and I am going to jail for littering.

No. If you marry someone, you don't own them. You share a partnership. You caress her and whisper to her. You hold her when she's unsure, and you follow her when she leads. You stand next to her when she's strong and in front of her when she's weak.

I find it very sad that society is SO resistant to homosexuality, even though it's simply a normal fact of life, that a gay person would resort to thinking they have a demon in them, rather than just accept themselves the way God made them...

Personally, I think this was an Elmer Gantry setup. He was placed in the audience, and played a role for the "benefit" of the audience. Demons do exist, but not as fallen angels. They are created in our minds out of fear and the necessity to reconcile cognitive dissonance. It's a shame we live in a world where the oppression of social norms forces us to suppress who we really are, leading to repressed behaviors that WILL come out in some form, sooner or later.

For anyone who enjoyed the ridiculousness of that article, I present for you a similar video.

I'm all for freedom of religion and sexual preference as long as it doesn't start to affect everyone else in unwanted ways but, I seriously think the world could do without all the people in that video.
