I've honestly got to say... it's a pretty awesome game on PC if you're one of the lucky few to have a playable game!

Like mentioned earlier, it sucks that it's locked to low or normal settings, for now, but I read that a fix was in the works.
As for 60fps gameplay on PC, you can manually edit the .ini file to default your game settings to 60fps (from the default 30fps...INCONCEIVABLE for a PC release!!) .

Luckily, my machine is 'good enough' for now, but when those Ultra settings are enabled, it'll hurt... for sure lol
It's far from being a finished PC product...
I am amazed at how much system resource it takes on your PC though (it'll easily shred through 3.5+ Gb of GPU memory in its current state).
GTA V runs like butter, but like others have said, drops in framerates in some areas of AK are just plain unavoidable.
Hopefully they'll improve the PC port's optimization; because it's just awful right now!

With that being said though... it's much better than Arkham Origins!!
