He redefines Dreamers.

He cites laws from other countries and points to the U.S.

He wants this.

He wants to transform everything.

Why?

“Obama isn’t coming for your guns” is the constant cry on the left… and it’s also clearly a lie.

In an interview with comedian Marc Maron that aired Monday, President Obama cited Australia’s gun laws as an example the United States should follow. Australia established strict gun control in response to a massacre in Tasmania that left 35 people dead in 1996. Since then, Australia hasn’t witnessed any mass shootings.

“It was just so shocking the entire country said, ‘Well, we’re going to completely change our gun laws’, and they did. And it hasn’t happened since,” Obama said, discussing the shooting deaths of nine people at a historic black church in Charleston last week.

Predictably, the media immediately saw the elephant in the room that came with Obama’s support of Aussie gun control, and promptly shoved it out the door, hoping that no one would notice what the Great Divider was suggesting.

He wants Everything

So what about this

"Australian gun control" ?

Does anyone actually buy into your threads?

I have never seen anyone lie outright like you and not get banned.

i'm all for stricter gun control. makes perfect sense.

i have no idea how you get the idea this means confiscation though, or an infringement of human rights. i doubt i will ever understand america's fascination with and adoration of firearms i guess.

If Obama could get away with it he would absolutely turn us into a defenseless, European, socialist country. It is sad that he spends all his time devising new ways to destroy the Constitution and subvert the population so he can run his liberal, fascist utopia.

Hold the hell up...

Wasn't there a mass shooting in Aus literally just 6 months ago?

I seem to recall a 2 day seige by a maniac in a coffee shop?

Or was I "dreaming"...

You know what I am all for stricter controls on abortion, free speech and other rights you might actually value. Just because you don't care about my rights doesn't mean I am going to cede them to you without a fight.

Um, no..
If you can't see the writing on the wall, it's because your head is in the sand. Like the ostrich. There is no danger. My enemy is my friend. Good luck with that in the future.

It was a seige, not a mass shooting. To be defined as a mass shooting, 5 people or more have to be killed. We had 14 mass shootings in the 18 years before the strict run regulations were enacted, but we've had zero mass shootings since.

btw, guns aren't banned here either. Most country blokes own guns and love to hunt.

You mean beside it working? The evidence is out there and it's easy to find in fact it was posted in the original article people like you and the person that wrote this load of crap just chose to overlook it. Funny how these people keep crying Obama wants to take your guns when according to the Brady foundation Obama has been one of the most gun friendly Presidents we have had in a while.

It seems, if the a bill like the TPP can pass....which involves 11 other countries...AND IS SECRET;;; then a bill making it illegal to own a gun....in one country...that country being the good ol USofA...is not only possible, but likely. Especially if the media continues their shaping of the news, instead of reporting the facts as is....ahem...manipulation/corruption. Especially if people of the same integrity of those currently holding positions in government continue down the same street.

This is nothing less than 'the boy who cried wolf'. xuenchen is the boy, as are everyday Americans. It doesn't end well for the boy.

Yes because European nations are constantly being overthrown.

It is sad that he spends all his time devising new ways to destroy the Constitution and subvert the population so he can run his liberal, fascist utopia.

Make your mind up is he liberal or fascist? Fascism is a right wing ideology.

The Australians had a mass murder occur when a truck driver ran into a night club.... after the gun ban.

I wonder when they will ban trucks.
Or truck drivers.

And there Is plenty of public outcry regarding the brutality and deadly force used by Australian police...who...wait for it....

are armed with firearms.

Nothing to see here.

I don't see where in the OP Obama says the Australian gun Buy Back is an example the US should follow.

What he actually says it is an example of a whole country saying "enough is enough" - the US hasn't even reached THAT step yet, let alone deciding to do something about it!

Of course several US States have themselves had non-compulsory gun buy-backs, as noted in the wiki link above..... and a couple of "private" buy back as noted for California and sometimes under the auspices of the local police department.

One occurred under St Bush, another State-organized one in a state with a GOP governor.....just sayin'.......

Yes I was acting fast and loose with terminology, in a very politicised manner, so let's say an attempted mass shooting that wasn't stopped by gun restrictions...

I hope this does not appear confrontational Sub, I enjoy your input.
