This is good news for the millions of people who may have been thrown out of health coverage

This is a great ruling!

Eventhough Obamacare is flimsy we should have gotten Medicare for all or single payer

And Obama should have fought for it

But since the inhuman GOP is so powerful I guess this is all we can get

Here's the thing...I don't think anything needs to be done...you are the one wanting to entice others to REVOLT against the government.

I have no excuses, because I don't think revolution is necessary. I just find it funny how you say REVOLT is the only answer and are criticizing others for not acting while you are admitting not acting yourself because your lifestyle is too plush for you to endanger what you have.

So is the way of every internet revolutionary...all talk...all criticism for others you call out as cowards for not acting...all the while you just sit there yourself and do nothing.

I think you read my post incorrectly. Go back and re-read it SLOWLY. I *DO* put my businesses and family at risk by speaking out and going against the political direction. However, it would be downright STUPID for me (or anyone) to not ensure their own security in the battle. Only a fool walks headlong into the enemy totally exposed which is, I surmise, why you don't lead anything or anyone anywhere.

So you think there's nothing wrong with the bilking of the middle class and loss of freedoms. Well, I suppose that shows us where you stand.

You honestly think ANY future administration is going to rip this apart? Hell no. Congress doesn't put in massive legislation like this, that takes up such a huge portion of the economy, just to have it ripped apart later.

No sir, there are too many insurance companies and politicians getting kickbacks from this.

Look, the government (or someone(s)) wants a single-payer system in this country and they'll do whatever it takes to ruin the healthcare industry in the country, so they can present this as the only solution. Then we're all royally screwed.

Remember, progressvism became more mainstream with Wilson's administration. These douchebags are patient to a fault, but their waiting game is paying off, because most folks simply aren't smart enough (hence Gruber's comments) to realize what is happening. Not only that, but we're lazy, only looking for the next handout from the government to appease our meager lives. There's no fight left in any of us.

In other words the perpetuation of the raping of the productive class for the benefit of the wealthy and the poor is the right thing to do in America the land of the free and the headquarters of the filthy rich that makes the laws.

Weep for the 9th and 10th Amendments. They just got trashed by this ruling. If state=Federal Government whenever anyone in DC decides it does, there is nothing stopping them from overpowering every decision made at the state level and taking power over the states at every turn.

This sets a very bad precedent alongside the first ruling which gives them the power to punish us into economic activity for our own good.

Can anyone tell me which Amendments in the original Bill of Rights are going to survive this Administration and its governing branches intact?

This country is in ruins not because they tried to get free or cheap health care for the masses but because they didn’t succeed really.

Ignorance, greed, and selfishness, and the folly of depriving human beings of health care, without financial ruin, such (AS EVERY MODERN CIVILIZED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD HAS0 will be the reason this country falls soon

Obama care is a flimsy replacement for a system of political and ignorance

The same ignorance that allows the confederate flags to fly all these years

So the same forces of selfishness and greed don’t realize that they would have killed thousands of people if Obamacare was killed

The fact that they are too blind and ignorant to see that is the same ignorance that allowed the flying of that bloody confederate flag

People don’t realize how easily one can die without health insurance.

I know someone with HEP C and interferon is thousands a dollars a dose

Imagine if some poor person got thrown off of insurance because of this?

They would be deprived of this medicine and might have died of the disease

There are many more life saving medicines that are so expensive people might have died if they killed the ACA

and having health insurance isn't a guarentee that anyone is going to be able to get their needed meds. neither does the ACA guarentee that everyone will be covered. matter of fact, wonder how many people were getting by on their own before healthcare able to buy their needed meds without health insurance but no longer can because they are getting fined or taxed or whatever they wish to call it because they chose to buy groceries or the rent instead of paying for useless insurance policies with insanely high deductibles.

I know, actually I saw this coming a long time ago and invested then and now I'm looking closely at subsibs. Maneuvering thru the market can be very lucrative if you take the time to learn the ropes and pay attention to current events. After I got my ass handed to me in 08, I wised up and did some research. Paid off....For profit health care is what the oligarchy wanted...you don't have to be a victim.

Tip of the day....surveillance industries; didn't you read 1984? Prophetic fiction....

I agree that part of the law sucks. This law is far from perfect but it’s all this lousy GOP (SELFISHNESS, GREED, IGNORANCE) infested system will give us

Of course health insurance can’t guarantee good health

You have to know poor people like I do to understand the inhumanity of hoping millions of people loose something that might save their lives.

They think in the abstract about the bad parts of the law and don’t realize human lives are involved not an abstract theory.

So when Obama screws over millions, it's a talking point.

When conservatives opt to get rid of Obamacare, it's a tragedy.

Your branch of the service? You mean you are receiving tax-payer funded healthcare?

If the US Gov are the Nazi's...what does that make you?

Just sayin........

By screw over millions...you mean letting 20 Million people see a doctor who couldn't before?

Strange idea of what screwing over Americans is.
