Most Christians have NOT read the entire bible and I would bet two thirds of those who did read it, misinterpreted its meaning just like those who claim the bible is full of errors which is not true but deceptive due to their own agenda.

If someone asked you to write a summary of the complete Old and New Testament and you had to tie them both (OT and NT Testaments) into ONE Testament into five hundred word summary or less just what would write and could you do it?

Why is the Old Testament still just as important as the New Testament is today?

WHAT ties them together?

Hi! Why should I be careful to state I disagree with people who believe the Bible?
Yes, we get new scientific information all the time, but that doesn't mean I am going to agree with the Bible. I grew up a Christian and even as a child I was aware of all the errors and contradictions in the holy book, but reading the Bible actually made me step away from religion (I won't go into detail as I do not want to derail the thread).
And BTW: the idea of a flat Earth came from Christianity.

Normally, I'm right there with you, but this one ... Let's just say I had a spooky dream that makes no sense unless I tie it to that.

I brought it here hoping someone would poke some really credible holes in it, but no one did.

Ahh a little good old fashioned doom porn...what would ATS be without it? Now that being said, it is probable that at some point some sort of asteroid may threaten us in some way, however I do believe this is precautionary tactics. It's a good idea really, why not work on the technology before such a thing happens? It make sense.

I don't much subscribe to idea of certain doomsday dates, or NASA being involved in secret foreshadowing, although that sort of idea does make for entertaining reading though. I think this story is a just nice little bit of preventative maintenance, just in case...

So what is it then? I heard at least 3 different theories....an asteroid hitting into Atlantic Ocean near America, a judgement day where the God will show up to punish sinners...oh and couple of days before that happens demons will come to lure us away and it will be news like aliens have come to save us from catastrophe and take us to another planet so no one will believe in God or sth...and finally a system collapse and establishment of NWO...
