Cenk and the Young Turds caught this mishap at a Fox News event of Axe Tossing in the middle of New York City with ill prepared set.
Fox of course ignores the mishap, but not Cenk.

Those idiots need to make sure of what's behind their target. Period.

They'd probably also shoot guns while a crowd is back there.

Idiots, period.

I know when we do ANY kind of stunt on set, safety is priority. We would have cleared everyone from behind there all the way across the street and BEHIND the dumbass thrower.

Ey! I saw this earlier some where & was bit confused...I'm a professional
drummer & I thought WTF is up with this dude who cannot play with the
other guys let alone hold his drum sticks & then he bloody falls over?

Pretty damn lucky to not have been seriously injured & especially with minor
cuts to the wrist as it could have been his fingers or even worse.
He's a lucky lad! The wee bit I saw didn't show the whole the whole segment
nor explained anything....OHHHH wait I forgot, I saw it very early this morning
at the hospital (of all places...LOL!) while getting blood work done.

Cheers

Yeah you would think they would have bales of straw to prevent
anything from escaping or penetrating any other objects
or HUMANS!

You would think they would have performed the act on a closed set with proper safety precautions and let a crowd watch it on a large screen.
Duh on them.

How about simply saying something more in line with the truth, that a misthrow at a poorly designed set could have cause a serious injury?

FOX NEWS IS DANGEROUS TO THE LIVES OF INNOCENT PEOPLE.

There. Fixed the headline.

Apologies.

I thought that was a given though.

Wow, if he was standing a little more to his right the axe would have hit him in the face or head. If I was him, I would be asking for some kind of financial settlement for ignoring safety precautions, and putting his life in danger. The guy did get cut by the axe. I think he deserved some king of monetary apology.

Lol I laughed my ass off about this one, what that axe did to that guy physically, is what Faux news does to its viewer's mentally.

That wasn't even remotely close to being a fatal injury. It would have resulted in a flesh wound, at most, should the drum not have been there. I also don't want to knock the folks in uniform, but who the hell stands behind a damn target for an axe throw? That's just asking for it.

The Young Turks.... are reject "reporters" who are worse than Fox News, MSNBC, and any extreme biased news source out there.

In all fairness the others aren't much better. Fox just has a special way of making fools of themselves.

Although, the idiocy I heard on CNN at the docs today almost made me want to puke. Pushing for Hillary just, ugh. As if anything that comes from that (expletive deleted) mouth is relevant to anything.

See, this is why I don't watch these "news" networks. It's bad enough I get to see clips on the net. I lose brain cells every time It happens, I tells ya.

Saw this clip yesterday. I don't know who set that stunt up, but even a child knows not to throw axes with people standing behind the target.

Completely irresponsible on part of the ones setting this up. It's a friggin' AXE.
