NASA’s spots pyramid-shaped structure on Ceres

I haven't seen many new posts regarding the latest and greatest from Ceres.. so I'm here to share.

Another intriguing feature of the surface of Ceres is the three-mile high pyramid-shaped mountain jutting out of a relatively flat surface, seen in the upper right of this image released on Wednesday.

It's not at all shaped like a pyramid. It's an irregular cone, much like countless other mountains/hills/volcanos. Also, there's already a thread on this in the Space Exploration forum.

Then look at the picture first and see its not "pyramid" shaped before starting a thread.

If I blur my brain a little, all mountains become "pyramids". All opinions aside.

The article contains other pictures of interest. If not just to admire another world in our solar system. I copy / pasted the title of the article out of respect to the author.
