Where are you getting this stuff? I mean you think BRICS and near dead trade group is some kind alliance when two of its members are preparing for war with each other. You think Russia is doing well economically and not even the Russians claim that. You have some fascination with the G7 as if it is also something more than a trade group. Maybe you mean to be talking about NATO and the EU. And I am not sure what you are mistaking BRICS for. Did you know that their is another group called IBSA formed by India, Brazil and South Africa that is much more successful that BRICS because they have common foreign policy which is why China and Russia are not members.

As compared to whom, surely not the man who has done everything he can to lie to his citizens about their involvement in Ukraine, or either jails and possibly kill those who don't agree with his ideology of what RUssia should be.
