The healing dance of the Kalahari Bushmen (San) from Namibia, introduced by Bradford Keeney.
In oder to stick to the nudity prohibition on ATS, I deliberately chose a clip where they are wearing Western-style clothing (although the Bushmen
always wore loin-coverings). The virtual rags are a reflection of their unfortunate current position where they can largely no longer live fully
traditionally, nor enjoy the full benefits of modernity.
The aim of the dance, which often lasts all night, is for the healers to go into trance and travel upwards via a metaphorical "rope", which imbues
them with a spiritual healing potency that allows them to cure by the laying on of hands.
This particular dance is the women's healing ritual.

It's only 3 hours away from 21 June, which marks the beginning of the Summer/Winter Solstice celebrations (depending on your hemisphere).
I read 40 000 pagans of various traditions are expected at Stonehenge this year.
It's our Winter Solstice in South Africa, and Yule festival (I suppose the pagan "Christmas").
Season's Greetings to all!
May you have a warm festival, with much love, family and friends, and wishing you all prosperity and blessings for the coming season!

Music by Swiss composer Von Ziegler, who gained a degree of fame via YouTube, and a fan montage featuring related Celtic and Germanic peoples, and
their attempt to protect their druidic and other indigenous forms of worship from annihilation by foreigners with colonial designs.
