Maybe you can ask your PCP to order a blood test to test for allergies to food. It's somewhat precise and it doesn't need a specialist to read the results, you could probably read it yourself.

Were you recently on antibiotics, if so maybe you could be allergic to it.

Sorry. PCP is your primary care physician, or the doctor that you usually see. But, any doctor probably has the authority to request this blood test.

Yes I understand this. It still isn't "chemtrails".
