Maybe you can ask your PCP to order a blood test to test for allergies to food. It's somewhat precise and it doesn't need a specialist to read the results, you could probably read it yourself.

Were you recently on antibiotics, if so maybe you could be allergic to it.

What do you mean by PCP? I'm not familiar with the term.

Sorry. PCP is your primary care physician, or the doctor that you usually see. But, any doctor probably has the authority to request this blood test.

not saying it is, just pointing out the faulty logic in assuming everyone is effected the same way from the same contaminants
