Hmmm.

HAARP Locations

There's only one HAARP. There are other ionospheric heaters, though.

eta: looking at a few of these, they're throwing in any antenna farm. Some of these are radars. Totally different. Apparently, whoever came up with this is technically challenged.

It's quiet funny really - here's the one in Wales:

notice the heavy security - that's actually a MI-Sheep in the foreground.....

I have been on a newly-inspired Wilhelm Reich kick recently. I forgot about him. Most people thought he was a total quack. Now I am starting to wonder. Orgone... orgone accumulators. Cloud bustin! I am pretty sure one of his most controversial experiments involved weather control and he claimed to cause rain in a drought-ridden area as well, back in the 1950s. Is he the one who developed this science? He wasn't well accredited or acknowledged, as he was quite bitter in the end (and died in jail).

Poor Wilhelm - but... maybe this weather-modification can work out in the positive!

That's a radar. Not an ionospheric heater. There are other radars on that map. But then, a lot of people seem to be really really confused over even basic knowledge about radio, much less some applied engineering.

Yes...it's not what they say it is, it's miniscule, it's not secret, it's public knowledge.....and your point would be??

Edit: and here's it's technical specs on the website for it

"Only operated in the ionosphere"...sure. You bought into that too?

Science is your friend.
You can take the time and learn about HAARP, or choose to believe anything you like.

So; what exactly is its purpose?

Ok you offered so I'm asking. What's the haarp really for cause I think it's to talk to the marines on the mars colony. Also, I heard from some guy on project camalot that it doubles as a teleporter and that's how they sneak the marines there. so what part of the above did I get right?

It's used to supercharge the poison goop inside of golf balls.

Brilliant idea; but a better one would be using 'Flubber' instead. You thought of it being a shortwave energy form (NOT MICRO?) would work back the 50's 60s when lots of people communicated to each other overseas with their short wave Heathkits (capacitors)(transistors).

How you you know with 100% certainly there is only 1 HAARP?

Historically, we never build just 1 of anything. We as in mankind.

Because HAARP is the name of the programme - and there is only 1 programme - it is the High frequency Active Auroral Research Program run by the US Navy, US Airforce and University of Alaska.

Spruce Goose?

but basically - there are several ionospheric heaters around the world - and they are all called different things because each country or coalition that built or uses them does so in and for a slightly different manner and for slightly different research.

Here's a list of actual real ionospheric heaters as opposed the previous list given of anything that looks like a square field of vertical antenna and which therefore must be exactly the same!

Study of ionospheric and inner magnetospheric processes. It's a really complex subject. Go read some of the papers, you'll see.

Because it is. We've got a few other very small ionospheric heaters still in the US but nothing like that one.

HAARP is a specific project. It's a bit like you asking how I know there's only one Ft Bragg.

It's supposed to be sunny and mild this weekend where I live.
I think HAARP is responsible.

I mean, why not? If people blame HAARP for bad weather events, then we may as well also blame HAARP for sunny days -- considering I have the same amount of evidence for claiming that it caused pleasant weather than people have for claiming it caused bad weather.

I tried once; I personally went to the site (near Glen Allan) Alaska in 1999 and was asked politely to LEAVE immediately or be arrested. This request made by two men carrying assault rifles. Innocent project run by Alaska State University now, so I hear. In response to another poster there were to be 4 sites total in different parts of the world (now milk factories).
