I thought this was resolved when I pointed out thesee vehicles are coming from Ukraine. My guess is were seeing Ukrainians who are participating in Capable Logistician 2015. Hungary invited them as a partner nation there will be 32 countries participating. Basically this is for arms manufacturers to show off there stuff. Anywhere from generators to radios medical equipment water treatment etc.it's basic purpose is the use of power and conservation of it in military logistics that's probably why we see the tanker truck. Here Is a video released by hungary on the first day notice the flags of all the nation's involved.

Its not a proxy. It was US equipment leaving Ukraine. They were present in W. Ukraine to train their national guard.

Russia on the other hand are directly participating in the invasion against Ukraine. The Russian people need to remove Putin and take their country back from Stalin 2.0.

Putin tells it as it is only when he can no longer maintain the lie. He claimed there were no Russian troops in the streets of Crimea right up until the troops themselves admitted they were Russian; then he turned around and admitted they were Russian. Under Putin's direction, Russian media has been spreading contradictory lies about MH17; now that the report is drawing near, they are starting to admit that it might have been a BUK after all. I feel sorry for the Russian people. They have suffered under despots for centuries and now Putin is trying to crush them again.

Russian sending its armed forces and trained rebels into Ukraine is a proxy (not to mention a direct invasion by Russia). The US training Ukrainian national guard to repel and invasion from Russia is not a proxy.

Remember Russia isn't involved in the conflict in Ukraine...so the Ukrainians won't be fighting them, so we can't be playing the proxy card.

It has nothing to do with Russia or putin which countries around it join NATO. Its a voluntary organisation and Ukraine is a sovereign nation. Putin doesn't get to dictate rules to other nations. This is the problem with putin and his followers, Ukraines business is simply that, their business. It has nothing to do with putin. He needs to pipe down and realise the USSR is gone.

A - Its not defensive but offensive.
B - Russia has recognized the government of Kiev. Both, from the 2012 elections as well as the last elections Ukraine has held.

Your argument about stratfor is invalid and that's based on Russia's actions when they recognized the election results.

In addition to the US other countries are also training Ukraine troops. As for your comment about another face with Russia - why do we need one? The US and Russia share a direct border.

In case you forgot it was Russian special forces that took over Crimea on a lie.

The EU was involved before the protests even started, in fact it was because of Putin that the EU was snubbed.
