California Vaccine Bill Clears Committee
The measure has galvanized constituents like few other bills.
Parents from around the state have journeyed to Sacramento to condemn SB277 at each hearing.
They again packed two floors of the Assembly’s spacious Room 4202 on Tuesday, hissing at testimony they disputed and interrupting with derisive laughter when Sen. Richard Pan, D-Sacramento, said his bill was “about freedom” from diseases.
One woman was removed after screaming over lawmakers, shouting about seeing her son “on the floor, seizing.”

Do you know any home schooled children?
Are you aware how advanced educationally they can be ............ and far more social than those trapped in an institution all day?
As wonderful as the Chinese and Indian people are........ and they ARE ......... creativity is not always their strongest point.........unlike the adventurers, inventors and creators that are well educated home schooled children.
You might also like to consider that the governments of China and India put their own people and country first when it comes to industry rather than putting first the wants of a handful of mega rich individuals and companies.
“The world is changing. It’s looking for people who are creative and entrepreneurial, and that’s not going to happen in a system that tells kids what to do all day,” Samantha says. “So how do you do that? Well if the system won’t allow it, as the saying goes: If you want something done right, do it yourself.”
Families keeping their children out of traditional classrooms were required to register each year with their local school district, outlining study plans and certifying that adults in the home did not have a criminal record. At the end of the year, they submitted portfolios of student work to private evaluators for review. The portfolio and evaluator’s report then went to a school district superintendent to approve.
But in October, after years of campaigning by home-schooling families in the state as well as the Home School Legal Defense Association, a national advocacy group, Pennsylvania relaxed some of its requirements.
“We believe that because parents who make this commitment to teach their children at home are dedicated and self-motivated, there’s just not a real need for the state to be involved in overseeing education,” said Dewitt T. Black III, senior counsel for the Home School Legal Defense Association, which has close ties to local Christian home-school associations. Mr. Black wrote an early version of the bill that eventually passed here.

Here you are: proof that you have absolutely no idea of what you're talking about.
