Okay,for the record,the earth's magnetic field goes on the fritz and reverses every so many years anyway.They have proven this.It is a naturally occurring cycle of our planet. Cern has nothing to do with that. we were over due for the field to flip this time,and it seems that it has started now. Still normal. As far as the rest? Well people have been screaming about cern from the beginning. So far as I know,they haven't done anything dangerous yet. Not saying things couldn't go wrong.But so far we are okay.

Im sure kaku has something interesting to say about it. Thanks for the post, it is interesting to read and sorry I do not have a know it all comment, if I knew it all I wouldn't be on ATS .

Does the fact that the earth gets bombarded by much higher energy particles mean nothing? Huge energy has been released from supernovas shooting us with energetic particles we can't even get close to, yet we're still here and I have yet to see a huge wormhole with aliens over New York....

Clyde had a guest on named Anthony Patch who is a physicist. He talks about electric energy and Telluric currents/waves. He gives some reasonable explanation's on what CERN is up to. For you see, the mere observation of this object will collapse it into reality, whereas, by removing all observation the scientists are allowing for something known as Supersymentry or Superposition.

In simple terms, if that is possible, what this means is that this “object”, whilst remaining sealed in the vacuum in the pipe, free from prying eyes, is able to be in a state where it’s both here and in another “dimension”. )

Here are a few points from all of the research I have done to keep an eye on:

1. Are they going to try to open a gateway to a another dimension?
2. Is the picture on the above article link of a entity from another dimension? I don't believe its pareidolia due to its not gas or physical object in the vacuum tube but pure light!
3. What will happen if they power up yet cant dump the beam/power off the LHC what happens then? I don't think they even know?
4. Could this be what is talked about in the bible of opening the gates of hell? Entities that take over human bodies?

Crazy world we live in at the moment especially with all this slight of hand reporting and instigation of wars and economic collapse! Now throw in increased seismicity time to find your maker and ask for safe passage.

I will check back in later after I get a nap! My brain is strained after this weeks collection of data on lots of subjects and projects I am working on!

Don't you realize, all they did was to bury HAARP, extend its range and rename it to the LHC!!!

With the Centillion Googolplex Gigawatts of electrical energy produced by HAARP they have the power to warp the entire universe into itself causing a resonance cascade, amplified by pushing the crystals into the anti-mass spectrometer, that will not only open the gates of hell, but also will open the gates of heaven and will cause the doors of both to "bang like a dunny door in a cyclone"!!!

The racket will be awful and will likely keep all the world awake for ages so everyone becomes compliant zombies unable to resist the will of the puppet masters!!!

What if "dust in the tunnel" as someone said, isn't dust but a higher power preventing catastrophe. I can imagine the money being poured into this contraption is a lot.
I just feel it was constructed for more than research.

I agree, if this "magnetism" was that strong, it would be affecting iron metals for miles around on the surface, where everyone lives.....and that is just the common sense reason.

But hey, why not. I do believe He does indeed, work in mysterious ways. I do think there is another agenda with CERN other than research.

I tend to be sarcastic but I try not to be mean. IMO Jesus in the accelerator is just as possible as anything. Heck who knows.

I do think that the accelerator is what it appears to be though. While it's very large, it is doing very basic science.

I'm not sure if mankind generates enough electricity to pump into an accelerator to do the sort of things suggested in this thread.

Lol. I thought it was funny. Anyways maybe they will find a cure for cancer or some other good from all this. Im still leery though. Just my 2 cents.

You need to start providing aloe vera with some of your replies lol

Let's see:

1 Joule of energy is enough to light up a 1 watt LED for 1 second.

1 Joule is the same as 6.24×10^18 eV (electronvolts)

17 TeV is 1.7 x 10^13 eV (electronvolts)

So....17 TeV is not even enough to light a 1 watt LED up for 1 second.

Imagine how many electronvolts it takes to light up a 60 watt light bulb for hours.

Not worried.
