Welcome to the "Putinista side" of the site, this is what he probably was hinting in the first sentence

Who is Kara Murza? There are sides? If just asking for evidence automatically lands you in a camp, then by the process of elimination the opposite camp is an oppressive dictatorship, and I certainly hope that this is not a some sort of a family run dictatorship forum.

As I read this forum description I though this was a place where ignorance is denied, and not where family dictatorship is run...

p.s. Oh, Kara Murza, the guy that died, never heard of him, so didn't even make the connection at first.
