Thank You (poem)

Thank You

Time to say what's on my mind,
Undo things that have been done.
To pay up all my debts in full,
To everything and everyone.

Honest questions can be asked,
and honest answers will be given,
To those who have caused me pain,
I swear all has been forgiven.

Thanks to all who helped me out,
While I searched for who I was,
Let me be who I needed to be,
And accepted me without pause.

Thanks to my family and friends,
Who kept me standing on my feet.
Who kept pace with me while I walked,
To a drum with a different beat.

For I have tripped so many times,
And mistakes, they have been made.
Yet you chose to stand with me,
To lift me up, and not let me fade.

Very very nice. I love expressions of gratitude because I need reminding.

It's full of those niches full of hidden secrets and emotions which make me recall some of my own. A coming of age poem wherein you have stepped higher on the ladder of life. Well done.
