Clouds in the Sky

I have two children leaving elementary school this week. There is no middle school here so they will be going directly to high school.

That will put 4 of them at the same school together which will make my life and possibly theirs a little easier.
The youngest will be at the school next door so that's helpful as well.

I suppose I am feeling melancholy and out of sorts lately. We are going away in July but, that seems a lifetime away! We haven't been REALLY away in two years. Just weekends here, yonder, and about...mostly local lately...

I am feeling especially pent up at work. In the past when that happened I would just work from home for a few days until it passed but, my Mom passed last August there and I don't really enjoy being there alone...

Anyway to the point...it is beautiful here today in my neck of the woods. 76 degrees, sunny, fluffy clouds and I captured two of the clouds when I stepped outside my office to keep from going postal (LOL)...

Here they are! I thought they were cool...

Seriously though nice clouds OP, I have recently got into photography and I have some pretty cool pictures of the sky!

Funny how amazing the world becomes through the viewfinder.

I know! I thought they were pretty lame myself but, had to share! LOL

I can't concentrate on work so I may as well, look to the sky...

It may keep me entertained...I took these with my cell which normally takes awful photos!

Totally understand what you are getting at!

I find it very relaxing dont really know why but I think when you are out and about with a camera you start looking for beauty in everything you see, even a bit of trash if you can get the right lighting, exposure and framing and suddenly you have beauty. I think thats why i find it so therapeutic

Whenever im feeling overwhelmed i like to look up at the sky very similar to what you did. It puts everything into perspective.. One person's problems and stresses are so small in this incredible giant universe we live in.

Clouds on the ground would be really weird but check these out...can you tell what these are?

The second cloud pic kinda looks lik Big Bird.

My Gran used to part clouds. Amazing woman, she was.
