Prince Charles snubs war veteran.

I had to watch this a few times, but it really annoyed me. Im no royal fan, but this guy just takes the piss.

I know there's royal protocol, but this just looks like he's brushing rubish out of his way. I thought we were meant to have a bit of respect for our Veterans.

Let's just hope Queen Liz can out live him.

I watched it a few times, I am not sure he was refusing, maybe realised it was impractical due to the distance and waved him on to make it look like he did not offer his hand?

I do more than the royals, i at least take out the garbage of my home and clean the toilet, and am able to appreciate men that made sacrifice in war so people like me have the little freedoms we have.

You know...initially I thought you were talking about the elderly and it didn't even dawn on me that you were referring to the royals. Figured it was along the lines of "who cares about veterans" and other tripe that's been posted on ATS. Mainly because I could not possibly care less about the royals.

Before he waves him on, he puts both hands up in response to the vet's outstretched hand. And some day he hopes people will address him as his majesty? I'd like to know just where he displays that majesty. Then there's the word 'nobility'. Notice how neither of those applies to him?

That's why they keep him well out of the way these days which I personally think is a shame, He was the best thing about the UK royal family in my opinion. A bit like Boris Johnson in the conservative party.

Yes they are an out of touch offensive bufoon but they bring an element of humour to the situation that could not be scripted.
