Using a crossword puzzle solver to decode the General Ramey memo

By using an approximation of how many letters there are in each and what letter(s) are identifiable, it generates list of possible words. Some of the words are completely random. Others, however, are not random and they begin to form a very interesting sentence.

all that from that , I think I would see more if it was covered in butterflys and touchpaper

ill try to do some clean up , but I doubt it will reveal anything more

the really crap handwriting behind the fuzz doesn't help matters , how did you get 'for' as the first word ? im vaguely getting what the op and bloggist are saying with 'victim' as the third word but it could equally be witness, it's all too jumbled to make any certainty

Im seeing from a quick glance and not over thinking it or expecting a specific subject. I guess it's just the way my brian is putting it together. Sort of like watching wheel of fortune. Oh except you can barely see what letters you DO have.

that's almost legible, after the double exposure is removed , the top says , mummified body of a two year old boy,

Good stuff, funBox, looks like your pattern recognition and image processing skills from the anomalies thread found a new area of application ... certainly helps to emphasize the tiny bit of information that is actually there, although it's still difficult to make out what it says.

I read "ARE THE VICTIMS OF THE". Only guestimated, of course. Hmmmm.

@OP: Star and flag for you, although I would have appreciated if you included more information about the orginal Ramey document inside this thread. Even though most of us know a lot about the incident, it would be much less of a hassle if we wouldn't need to look for additional links on external sites.

cheers Jeep3r, its a mess alright , are you aware of any other picture's of this document ? with better quality scans/pics I could do more

pretty sloppy covering of text though , if it really is to remain unread , but then I guess they wasn't seeing through the Photoshop window of the future , so much for having tech xx many years in advance, but then it might have been a personalised blunder

The text fragment of the OP is obviously related to photos from a press conference involving Gen. Ramey and the alleged parts of a weather balloon shown to the news reporters. In his hand, he held a document, of which some believe it contains important information about what really happened.
