A question about an anomaly in Antarctica – Old footage (Around March 2012)

It seems obvious that the closer we are to a Pole on Earth the trajectories of visible objects in skies will look different and could cause what seem to be anomalies. The Neumayer station in Antarctica is one place where this seems to be quite regular. Although I saw some unexplained footage through the years I never jumped to any conclusions as my knowledge does not understand what I’m suppose to see, if I was down there. However I got this video on my hard disk from some years back named “Unknown moon seen from Antarctica” (the name I chose to store it with). It was shot by some handheld recorder, from a location I do not know, and I cannot find it on the web again. Below is some screenshots and I got one question. Is this our Moon, a hoax or what?

Just to inform you
That vid was debunked as a Hoax

The Moon is a real Moon but is moon of one of the the other planets in our solar system
It was claimed to be Niburi
But as I say was debunked

Cant quite recall what Moon it is ... but am guessing Phoebe a Moon of Saturn
Which was overlayed onto the vid

It sure looks like a hoax but could you give a link to the 'debunking'? That would help.
It could also have been a weird cloud.

I think this is the video you are referring to. I would definitely class it as fake though. Like poet, I remember a thread about it.

Sorry I believe it is Mimas a Moon of Saturn
Look at the shape of the larger crater to the left .. lol mean right

its garbage the moon in that image is Saturn moon Mimas
that bears a resemblance to the death star

It doesn't look same to me. The one of Mimas has a distinct protrusion in it's center and the shape is also not oblong enough. Thirdly, there is a distinct black spot to the lower right area of the 2.27.12 video not showing on Mimas photo.

The centre of the crater is pix elated out
Also the whole image is whited out somewhat
The Image has been manipulated in other words

It's a hoax , another CGI wizard with nothing better to do.
Aside from the fact it's CGI the video was uploaded 2012 yet no one has seen this huge object in the last 3 years , not likely.

I believe this is the old thread.....not sure as the video has been taken down.

Though I do believe this vid is hoax for many reasons
I agree that not everything deemed a hoax is a hoax

Sometimes we can know things that we can not prove to others
I tend to post in the Gray forum for such things
That way one can express their ideas and beliefs without having the burden of proof placed on you

There is one thing that strikes me about that, and I'm not saying I believe or not.

But they are indeed in an area that your average hoaxer would not be, and they are for some reason focused on the sky. Imagine no object there, seems odd.

It could be they were filming the real small moon, or a plane, or some craft they were expecting, anything mundane.

But in terms of your general hoax, you don't get people in regions like that just out for a jaunt to make a scam.

I would love to see the original footage.. you don't often have reason to scope the sky out down there, unlike places such as the middle east where that 'ufo' blowing up the enemy was recorded months ago, which turned out to be a fully prepared strike, but with super imposed cgi.

I want to know more on this, and so I shall look
