Baltimore Cops Pepper Spray Protester Point Blank in The Face - Agitprop piece? (new videos added)

Hmmm. There a couple of things about this video that raise my conspiratorial hackles just a wee bit. The whole event looks like it was set up and scripted. Notice how alone this single protester is except for a tall but inconspicuous man directly behind him who looks to be giving hand signals. A single cop rushes up from off=screen and sprays the man full in face. This is followed by an awkward pause where a photographer rushes up and one of the cops facing our pepper spray victims looks to them as if looking for direction.

After getting a face full of pepper spray our protester does little but shake his arms. He doesn't appear to be bothered at all by the spray. In closer views at the end of the video there is no hard breathing, running nose or anything. I have a hard time believing someone could be sprayed that badly and just calmly lay there like this.

If you listen very closely at the beginning of the video you can make out the word "roll" being said and it also sounds as if someone says "cut, Cut" just as the cop rushes forward with the pepper spray.

I really think this was produced propaganda to keep the anger levels at police high.

Another view: listen carefully you can hear a woman say "they don't want me on camera" and someone going "sh, sh, sh, sh" trying to silence someone off screen. Then at the end you hear the police on the megaphone announcing "if you don't have your identification leave the media area". Not set up? lmao.


Another video showing the media area with yet another black the police shirt yelling about racial jokes.


And then there's CNN, funny how they dragged this man right up to the media area.
Why would they do that?

This happened in the legendary campus mass spraying incident. No reaction to strong pepper spray. Clip of it shown at 1:49 in this video about social programming.

Also spray painted marks on the ground that seem to be actors placement marks. Same thing seen at other dubious events with actors/hypnotised patsies appearing to adjust their footing to fit in with the marks.

Having now watched the video he may just be a hard man who has had enough and wanted to make a stand, however misguided.

The MSM is very clever and very professional looking.

This scene is a good example of using real players mixed with 2 or 3 actors.

I'm guessing they use time delayed scenes so they can review what actually gets "aired".

2 things I find strange about this video... First, everyone in the background is just standing there, until the one cop throws the black guy on the ground... Then everyone suddenly seems to run or walk in on queue, as if the guy being thrown on the ground was the signal to begin.
Second, after the cop sprays him, they all just stand there for a few seconds, not doing anything... Why?

I'm not sure if I just watched, be it bemused, someone being pepper sprayed, or watched some dude recieving the quickest "Jersey shore guido orange" spray-on "tan" in the west...

Snooki and Jwoww would be proud..

And how this went from 0 to 100 in a heartbeat without the black guy even struggling or gasping for breath after being "tanned"...strange.

I doubt this was scripted. I do commend said protester for taking that pepper spray like a boss. Especially at that range. He might be acting hard but I guarantee he was feeling the effects. Pepper spray is no joke.

You would be amazed at the number of people who are not affected by common chemical agents, CN, CS, and Pepper spray. Persons who are using psychotropic medicines are the most common, but some folks just aren't bothered by it. Some have even built up a tolerance to it. When it's no longer a surprise of how it will affect you, you are more likely to endure it better.

Lastly, it would seem our victim's name is.....Fred. Fred Quimby.
Dunno about you but I've never met a black man named Fred myself.
Didn't know it was such a common name.

Fred Sanford would disagree with you on this.

I second this, the stuff is nasty. I got sprayed with it right into my open eyes and it's not pleasant. I was pacing around in circles for like half an hour. Here's a video of a marine crying after being sprayed, for anyone who doubts.

Well be a conspiracy or not, Baltimore citizens got what they wanted, the end of the curfew, if the man that got spray is for real, I imagine that is just going to be another law sue heading the city's coffer, but that is ok because Baltimore is a well off city at least for one part of the community.

As a side note, I've been gassed with CS during infantry training, and it hurts like hell, not to mention it sticks to your clothes.

Good info on social programming here. In my town spooks run the protests. They have difficulty with me, they know me and I know them. Very awkward having non political connections to work around. Interesting that they have been funnelling everyone off to fracking and badger culling protests. To give you an example of how notorious I am among the fakes in this town, the spook editor of a 'local' newspaper once leapt out of his chair and shouted when he heard my name mentioned. Oh God how I laughed when I was told about that.

There is one officer right in the middle of the screen after they spray the crowd, the wind blows it back in his face.
He seems to have quite a reaction just from a tiny bit of mist.
I doubt anyone could take a full blast of it in the face and just "man up" they're way through it.

I think you're hearing what you want to hear.

The noise you think is "roll" sounds to me like a "woah" type noise, and the "cut cut" sounds more like "get BACK" to me.

As for the lack of reaction, I know several guys who have no reaction to pepper spray, or have very little reaction. Two, specifically, can take a full contact spray like the one in the video and then carry on a conversation with absolutely zero difficulty. Personally I can't stand the crap and always end up dry heaving like its my job.

That depends. I don't know the training regimen for police with chemical agents. If someone is surprised by it, or has never really been exposed to it, more than likely they will be affected. Me personally, I was exposed to it regularly while working in the prison system here in Texas. Eventually, you know what to expect, and you figure out how to lessen the effects of it. It just depends on the person.

To me this does not look orchestrated at all. It looks like the typical scenario you get at protests...Police 1 side protestor the other, as they have been warned not to approach the police as it will be seen as a threat. There is always one that tests the police.

With regards with him not feeling it, there is a strong possibility he was on strong drugs. If I were to protest I would want to be high to rid myself of inhibition and morals. I have seen people with broken limbs on crystal method and not even realise until the effects wore off.

The police officer looking for a "cue" was merely looking at someone that snuck up in his peripheral vision. If it's stages that is ALOT of actors, many of which will be arrested for impersonating officers
