Strange lights over Wylatowo, Poland 01/14/2015

Just have watched this. Wylatowo is a little, but famous, village in center Poland. From years people who are living there reports about strange lights, "not made by man vehicles". The history about this city is long and corious.

This accident happened 14 january 2015. Starts at 5:50. The lights at below of video are just lights from cars passing the street. Look at the lights at the middle.

They look like the lights we used to see over Hay Bluff. (No lights on this video, just showing where we saw lots of them.)

Is the video a time-lapse (i,e., sped up a bit)? The clouds seem to be moving maybe just a little fast (although high winds could explain that), and the car headlights near the bottom of the screen seem a bit fast

If the video is sped up, then those could just be the landing lights of planes, and some of the motions would be the planes turning on landing approach or after takeoff.

Yes it is 24x times faster
