Is it from the same email address? Which email service and client are your using? gmail, outlook, exchange, hmail, etc?

Message a moderator.. they will get it stopped.. you have to tell them who is doing it.. U2U's are under the terms and conditions..

that person can potentially get banned for violating the rules.
