North Korea's nuclear arsenal could be twice as big as earlier estimates

Bringing up WWII to suggest the U.S. isn't a responsible nuclear nation? I suppose if you ignore the seventy-plus years afterwards and numerous situations where we were actually at war and it was even suggested by Generals (Korean War, Vietnam, etc.) then I suppose.

But hey, who cares about nearly a century of responsible stewardship and leading disarmament efforts with Russia.
