Her mom isn't a doctor. So she diagnosing something in her daughter is bound to be flawed. If child's doctor didn't pinpoint that as the cause, then I don't believe it.

Talking to people just results in collecting anecdotal evidence, otherwise known as subjective evidence. I don't trust subjective evidence for a plethora of reasons. It's not surprising that science deniers DO trust it.

First off my mom is a PHD neorscientist and knows what she is talking about and admits that it CAN happen just like it did to our cousin.

And your wrong. Community is a trove of information. The medical industry is not a community it is a racket.

She admits it based off of what research? Personal experience? Listening to Rush Limbaugh?

Lol the old "the scientific community is corrupt" angle. Gotta love the science denialists who don't understand science trying to discount the entire scientific community because their pet hypothesis doesn't jive with accepted scientific consensus.

Okay. Yeah I'm bothered by the truth lol. I am more bothered by the perpetuation of lies and insane beliefs. Like this one. Millions of children are vaccinated every year. There should be way way way more cases of autism if vaccines were the cause. But science ( I know you don't trust science lol) says there is no causality between vaccines and autism and I am smart enough to actually understand that. Have a great day.

Yes I just learned that yesterday when another member said its used for infertility. See when someone offers an opposing view or alternate information I will look into it and I found that that member was correct and I have learned something new. I only knew it as a hormone produced in pregnancy and that pregnancy tests detected it.

Why would doctor a continue to vaccinate children with this vaccine if it caused injury like this? Don't say money. That's a stupid cop out. There are lots of ways for pharmaceutical companies to make money and if this were true and they continued producing injurious vaccines they wouldn't be making money they'd be paying it out in endless lawsuits. That is the truth.

Two twin girls were vaccinated and both girls had reactions. Only one of them got Autism.

My twins were born on the3l of December1990. They were a little small, as twins often are, but they needed no special treatment. Everything was fine, with Anne as the strongest and most dominating of the two, up until they were 15 months. Ten days after di-de-pol and MMR vaccination both my twins were sick, with a high fever. After a couple of days, suddenly one night Anne had a temperature at 40.6 Celsius.
****
Anne and Heldi got well again, or at least we thought so. However, Anne never got to be her old self again, she had changed in a very drastic way. After 3-4 weeks it became obvious to us that something was very wrong. At first we thought she couldn't hear anymore, but an ear-specialist told us that there was nothing wrong with her ears. As we had also realized that we couldn't make contact with her anymore (neither could her twin sister, who reacted in a very frustrated way) we took her to the children's hospital. This was July 1992, 3 months after they had their vaccine. The doctors immediately saw her problems (she was sitting on the floor licking different toys an the time). They made several tests, but everything was normal, except her behaviour. The doctors also reported that our daughter might have suffered vaccine damage and later sent us to the children's psychiatrist. In November 1992 we got the diagnosis : AUTISM.

Because it does not happen very often so it is easy to ignore. Vaccines are a cure for many problems but sometimes it causes damage. Is there a better treatment? No? Then this is what we got and people need to believe that it is 100% safe regardless if it is true.

Same as ADHD. Ritalin makes a small percentage of those "diagnosed" with being bored, bat snip.crazy and anf basically does the exact opposite. Should we deny treatment to those it works well on because a few were effected negatively.

Do you people believe we are all born equal and everything effects everyone the same? I know medical suppliers would like to believe we are so they do not have to lose profits testing peoples individual cases and prescribe accordingly.

Stamp you, bill you and send you out the door. You think the medical industry WANTS to complicate things.

I know why I care, my cousin is autistic due to vaccination. Why do you? You feel in danger by those that are not vaccinated? We should all do what we believe is wrong because YOU feel threatened, scared and willing to do anything to anyone to save yourself? Wow, a lot of courage that takes...

Of course, this won't change the minds of the anti-vaxxer true believers

Just as the independently (of links to pharma industry) paid-for studies don't do much to convince those who suck up every word put out by the establishment that vaccines are not a massive scam and are not needlessly injuring and killing their nearest and dearest.

So what are you trying to say?

My study is better than your study?

Let's call it a draw...the millions of suckers will still rake the profits in for pharma and Co...as long as the shareholders are getting their blood money, who cares about the relative handful who are bucking the trend?

That's true of any drug. Some drugs are known to cause cancer in a few people but it doesn't spawn an entire movement against them.
And if people "needed" to believe a drug was 100% safe they wouldn't include whole pages of warnings and findings and precautions in the package or add all that info to their commercials increasing the advertising cost . Those warnings do anything but encourage confidence in a drug. The drug companies tell you anyway. So so much for people needing to feel a drug is 100% safe.

Every day there are advertisements from law firms bringing class action suits against pharmaceutical companies so no. I doubt it.

What are you trying to say? All studies are equal? Some have to be better than others. That's just common knowledge.

What is the warning for MMR vaccines?

Nobody is pushing paxil on my children like they are doing with MMR and other vaccines. There is a difference there and you know it so stop playing coy with me.

Oh, you don't think so?

"Federal law protects pharmaceutical companies from lawsuits by parents who claim that vaccines harmed their children, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.

The court ruled 6 to 2 that going before a special tribunal set up by Congress is the only way parents can be compensated for the negative side effects that in rare instances accompany vaccinations.

The majority said that Congress found such a system necessary to ensure that vaccines remain readily available, and that federal regulators are in the best position to decide whether vaccines are safe and properly designed."

From my source I linked above. Federal regulators decide vaccine safety! Oh, and a "Special" Tribunal decides the fate of your child's vaccine injury. That sounds nice!

Have you now? So the doctor confirmed that the kid who was suddenly autistic became autistic due to a vaccine injected in him. OR are you just saying this from your own observations as a non-doctor and someone not qualified to make that diagnosis?

Yes I witnessed my youngest brother have seizures after having the MMR jab ...

The terms "Seizures" and "Severe Autism" were given by medical doctors ...

I find it odd that you failed to mention the "severe Autism" part first and just initially mentioned seizures. Then you corrected yourself when I eluded that seizures aren't a form of Autism. I find your account less than credible.

I am speaking truth ... but if you wish to call me a liar so be it ...

My brother had "seizures" after receiving the MMR shot
He was later diagnosed with Severe Autism

I was about 11 at the time ... It was a very frightening experience ... watching my baby brother convulsing ...
The doctor was called and diagnosed seizures ...

After the seizures ... My brother went from a normal healthy baby and regressed dramatically ... He was later given the diagnoses of having Severe Autism ...

I repeat ... "I am speaking truth" ... if you wish to call me a liar so be it ...
