In its time, space and structure, yes you could say its fine tuned to that place, that time, that structure. Outside of all that however? No it is not fine tuned to anything and it does not exist or if you remove it from that it will cease to exist in that form, or as you all know it...It will die. Kind of like removing goldfish out of the tank.

So the answer on and if life is fine tuned for the universe...is--->It depends.
