But Obama is still enforcing these laws, its still illegal federally and enforced that way. All Obama's done is to get the DEA to back off the states that have chosen to legalize cannabis.
How is that unconstitutional? Remember that 80 years ago it was considered a state issue and was considered unconstitutional to tell an individual what they could and couldn't ingest anyway.
