How Many People Will Have To Migrate Out Of California When All The Water Disappears?

Does quality of life depend on the logistics? Pipe water from the great lakes, other large reservoirs.
How about a desalinization plant next to all the nuclear facilities?

Politics is to argue about it until either it goes away or until something seemingly more pressing comes along.
