Black Thug Beats Innocent White man, Full Train of People Watch..do nothing!

This story literally makes me sick to my stomach! Also the exact reason I carry a gun EVERYWHERE I go. The victim, a middle aged white male, was asked by these thugs a question about Michael Brown, which he refused to answer, and this ignorant thug begins to punch this man like he is a punching bag. The worst part is, Not a single soul on this full train helped at all. I am VERY surprised this is on the MSM, as the victim was not black. Looks like these idiots were trying to goad this man into a fight or altercation, or just bully him. I swear I would have shot all three of these idiots in the face. How much you want to bet that I would be the one charged if I did though, even with the video evidence?

They face 3rd degree assault which is a misdemeanor. I would think since they attacked this person due to his race they would face a more severe charge. Pretty ridiculous state of affairs in these United States right now.

You could have shot them and you would have been charged with a hate crime which is probably one of many reasons why nobody stood up to aid the man being beaten in the video.

There is a race war coming that will make the 50's/60's look like Candy Land. It's being stirred by many different hands and mediums IMO. Both sides are falling for it, taking the bait as it were. I hate to see it. I hate to see the articles churned out that seem to do nothing but fan the flames and I hate to see people buying into it so much that things like this are happening in increasing numbers.

There's nothing to do but stop playing the game. All of us. Do I think that will happen? No.

I hope they find these guys and they are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Every crime like this should be dealt with swiftly with no quarter given no matter the race. Making excuses for it only has more people willing to do it.

A good lawyer could make a winning case for the defendant in most of the 'knockout' videos I've seen as well as this one. The victim was surrounded, had nowhere to go, outnumbered, and was not the aggressor.

That BLACK THUG was obviously going to steal the white guy's phone. He asked the guy for it right before his stop was coming up. When the victim didn't give it up the THUG found a reason to assault him.

Racism against whites in the "black community" is out of control and is thought to be justified, even by many apologist whites.

Almost any time a white is in the minority among blacks an assault and/or robbery occurs.

The THUG mentality is turning the black community into a cancer on itself and everyone else.

Two points to touch on. That is the reason these three or more on one attacks occur. First because the victim won't fight back and secondly because everyone is too scared to get involved.

Secondly the laws need to change and wake of these group ATTACKS . When a fight occurs and it is more than one on one, the group that is attacking the victim should all be charged with first-degree battery with intent to commit bodily harm which is a major felony in most states . It also carries a sentence of 15 years and above.

BTW, your thread title is misleading , a train full of people didn't "do nothing" at least one other person joined in.

I didn't see one other white person on the train.

How long do we watch the rape, murder, assault, and general crime rate being pushed through the roof by the "black community" and continue to blame it on other factors ?

How many decades will we let one segment of the population destroy and burn down our cities, while giving them a pat on the back and telling them it's not really their fault?

How long will the nation bear the burden of housing 85% of the housing costs for the community before it expects them to show a little personal responsibility?

Well that accounts for most of the race since they kill each other off so quickly that most don't make it far beyond those ages.

Actually that would help keep the number down. Most of the black on black crime also occurs within that age group. I think the problem is most of society has tried to let go of racism. But the amount of rasisim blacks suffered through history in United States leaves a small angry young core that will not let go of it. I can't honestly fault them for that. I just wish they would turn to other means besides violence.

But you know the old saying wish in one hand and s**t in the other, then see which one gets attention first.
