Here is a copy of the Procedures issued to RN and Allied vessels within UK waters with regard to fishing vessels

It isn't perfect, sometimes mistakes happen, but they are aware of the risks and do have established protocols to deal with it.

It's not. All ship location, sub especially, is classified.

I watched it! It got a bit weird though towards the end...

Yeah, probably a sub...

But, of course, it might be the secret black project breakaway space/seamen supplying a black triangle platform from the sea as certain leg-pullers or truth-tellers have posited...

Or, of courser, aliens...

(what is it with Roy Scheider and dolphins, btw? In Seaquest and 2010, heh... wanted a house pool with dolphins ever since 2010)

I think it was a Russian Sub and about time the RAF got their Maritime Patrol back - a purchase of 15 P-8 Poseiden should do the trick.

Protect our Fishermen.

Wasn't it the RN who flew the Nimrods? Either way, you're right, we need a replacement. It is shameful we had to ask for assistance to try and locate that suspected Russian sub earlier in the year.

It's the shortsighted nature of this Government and their "Strategic Defence Review" - which is anything but strategic and is purely based on saving money.
