i can see this or another similer sign due to the reflection of the car not being blurred because the car and the cam are going 35 theres no blur but its above the window line so your looking at something reflected at 35 miles an hr movement from the right distance behind the car

I thought like a rail crossing sign, bent up in the edge of the mirror (where the mirror is curved to allow the additional view)

So, i tried to remove some of the distortion the curved section has.

Back of a fire engine ? Some sort of sign ? If you look closely you can see a symmetrical white tilted square near the top.

Sorry to be dull....

But I see a shopping cart return with a red sign being lit by the afternoon/morning sun... what looks like a face is a over-reflective shopping cart... you can see the basket and wheels at the bottom.

I am guessing someone close to you is playing a trick on you. They saw the original picture without that skeleton head, thought about playing a trick on you, photoshopped it inserting a goofy skeleton head, and uploaded it to your phone. That person might have even asked you to see the pictures with you to get you interested in looking at it again. Am I close? Either that, or you are playing the photoshop trick on us?

Pareidolia. The image is fuzzy and pixelated but my best guess is it's the left side of a white garage door with windows. The windows have a bit of a red shift on them similar to how people's eyes will sometimes look red in photos.
