It's a Christmas vacation. A vacation at a time of year which is traditionally associated with family, being together, getting back to ones roots, homecoming. Do you have the slightest conception of how ridiculous that suggestion is?

Obama had intended to stay in Hawaii, but he cut his vacation short to return to Washington to do his JOB.

That's more than two years of the 8 he was in office.

What is childish is to refuse to compare the two.

Bush existed, we can reference what he did or did not do in his terms.

Let's get real the Crawford ranch was an unofficial office for GWB. Not a vacation hub. He worked there regularly and hosted just about ever major dignitary for negotiations, meeting etc. Going on "vacation" to your home office is a lot different then renting out an entire 5 star resort for two weeks a couple times a year.
