Maybe because you don't educate

You propagate other people's lies

Allow me to educate you, then. Feel free to expose any lie by finding a source that refutes it.

Russia claims that the referendum in Crimea was witness by impartial international observers, who claimed it met international standards. You can prove me wrong by finding a state run Russian news source that says otherwise.

Here is the committee that claims to have observed it, the EODE:

EODE – Eurasian Observatory For Democracy & Elections
Евразийская Обсерватория за Демократию и Выборы

- Brussels – Moscow – Paris – Istanbul – Sotchi – Kishinev – Yaounde
- Expert analysis in Geopolitics and International Relations
- International team of Audit and Election Monitoring
- Organization of International Seminars and Round Table

Who is the guiding spirit of EODE?

Who is Luc MICHEL?

Luc Michel , born in 1958, is a far-right activist Belgian, orientation -national European .
Very early involved in politics, he made his debut at the Youth Front , and he founded 19 years the group West in 2000 . At that time, he was a member of the editorial board of the French bulletin Notre Europe and participates as Secretary-General of the West Movement and as the representative of Belgium, the first European fascist council convened by the European Federation of National Action in Paris January 26, 1980 [1] .

With former members of the New Forces Party and the Popular Socialist Movement , he founded, in 1981, the Nationalist Front merging in 1982 with the team of the journal European Conscience [2] .

In 1984, with his aforementioned allies, he founded the National Party European Community [3] , a far-right party that micro-after mixed fortunes, is only active on the Internet (especially on Facebook) in 2011...

[Edits for brevity --DJW001]

Who is this Mr. Luc Michel?

While it presents itself as a progressive third world it is ... a (former) neo-Nazi! Former executive director of the Fane (French group was the main French neo-Nazi organization for years 70/80 and was therefore dissolved by the French government) for many years, he became the head of a series in Belgium small groups of extreme right violently anti-Arab and Islamophobic in which an electoral bloc that bore the name of "Lepen" and hoped to ride the wave impact of the FN in Belgium.

Currently, Mr. Luc Michel leads a ghostly European Community National Party whose members shall not exceed ten and is only vaguely active on the Internet. Curiously, he places this small group in the ideological line of Jean Thiriart , forgetting to mention that it was good for some time in contact with it, he was also ostracized from his relationship with a Thiriart that up 'on his death, never spoke of him without showing extreme contempt he felt for him (it was John who invented the anagram Thiriart under which Mr. Luc Michel is often referred ironically Lech Milcu). Curiously too, so that the party made the hysterical escalation in supporting Slobodan Milosevic , Libya or the Iraqi resistance, he called the recent elections in Belgium to vote for the Vlaams Blok ...!

Someone tell me this is coincidence:

Panos Kammenos, Greece's defense minister, spoke to German newspaper "Bild" on Saturday, saying his country's leaving the euro could precede an exit by Italy and Spain, followed by Germany in the future.

[Edit --DJW001]

...He also argued for Berlin to pay World War II reparations to Athens. "All European countries have been compensated for crimes committed by Nazis, except for Greece," Kammenos said, referring to the gold Nazi soldiers brought back from Athens during the war.

The defense minister also accused Germany of "interfering" in its domestic affairs, targeting German Finance Minister Schäuble, who earlier warned of a "Grexident" which could push Athens out of the euro.

Deutsche Welle, [Emphasis mine. --DJW001]

Note the familiar talking points.

I would now like to turn my attention to the network that calls itself the "International Eurasian Movement."

This movement is dedicated to the political philosophy of Alexander Gelyevich Dugin, one of the leading lights of the National Bolshevik Party:

Dugin's philosophy is a strange brew of Eastern Orthodox Mysticism, Fascism, Russian Imperialism, Hegelian historical thought, cultural arrogance and a burning hatred for anything that is not Russian, or at least willing to submit to Russian dominance. His world view is frankly apocalyptic: a great war between the spiritually superior nations of the Eurasian Heartland and the atheist materialist world of the Anglo-American "Atlanticists" is inevitable.

Like many right wing political thinkers who are influenced by Hermetic thought, Dugin is an absolutist. He hates political compromise. Those who voice dissension are nothing less than traitors, and traitors must be eliminated completely from the body politic. Here is a typical screed, couched in metaphorical language:

13. New Resistance – is the absolute purification. It did not bring, it will not save anyone, will not produce any fast fruit. It is possible , that during the exorcism ,almost everybody will be turned into pigs. But the responsibility for this is only on yourself. We did not call you.

openrevolt.info...

This sounds like a threat to slaughter those who resist the National Bolshevik party like pigs.

The Eurasian Party has several outlets. One of the most popular in western Europe is FortRuss.

Note the use of the Gothick font. Archaic letters are very popular with Nazi, Fascist and Ultra-Nationalist groups because they invoke a sense of history and "Folkish" tradition. FortRuss links to its "Brothers in Arms:

Colonel Cassad, the self styled "Bullhorn of Totalitarian Propaganda."

openrevolt.info...

Naturally, they link to other like minded pages"

Statopotenza, group that favors secession from Europe and separatists in Ukraine, but opposes separatists in Tibet!

PL, a right wing pan-Slavic paramilitary group that has been sending volunteers to fight against the legally elected government in Ukraine.

All of these groups are explicitly Fascist, many use barely conceal Nazi imagery, and all of them support Russian aggression in Ukraine. Most of them also support Assad in Syria.

You know what you forgot, to put Stratfor also at it, they are linked at "International Eurasian Movement."

Look at the front page of Stratfor, they have Spanish people with National flags, clearly a show of Spanish Ultra-Nationalists.

Yes the the flag of Spain.

Waving a flag around does not make you an ultra nationalist, because if that is true then all countries are full of them.

I take it you didn't read the article did you?

Clearly you are just making assumptions that aren't true.

Stratfor is not linked to Dugin and Eurasia, don't make ridiculous claims. Stratfor is pure "Atlantic" in the Dugin terminology.
But you can't deny that FortRuss is, there are at least 2 links on their "Brothers at arms" section pointing to Eurasia -
"Syncretic studies" , "Open Revolt" and to some extent "Arktogeia".

Here's the thing ... The US is basically NATO and we're tired of always footing the defense bill for all of Europe. They're big nations and if they want to have a standing army, it gives us the latitude to bring our soldiers home so that everyone can stop blaming us for every thing.

All right fine.

The point isn't about way but this:

1.) Putin simply wants to destabilize the EU (that isn't war).

2.) He backs populist parties that push anti-EU rhetoric and propaganda.

3.) This makes the EU less stable.

4.) The EU as a whole is a less powerful opponent for anything Putin wishes to do whether military or political.

If you think that other countries are above funding and meddling in the political affairs of their opponents, you do not pay attention, and if the only real opposition to your political enemies is an otherwise unsavory one to you ... you will use them to achieve you ends. Why do you think gay rights advocate and Muslims will march side by side in the US?

If Putin is doing this, it's not because these groups are neo-Nazi. It's because hey have the ear of the public and could sway power away from a strong EU. Their political leanings are secondary. He could care less about that. They could be anything for all he cares. What matters is breaking down the ability of the EU to present a strong and united front. This is the same playbook the old USSR used in the US back during the Cold War. Putin is a classic KGB Cold War type guy.

Let me be more explicit. I have quite a good understanding of Dugin's ramblings and his pseudo metaphysical philosophy.
In a nutshell: he is calling to destroy the West. I thought you are belonging more to the camp of West reformation, but when you start ridiculing comments like the one above, you are enlisting to Dugin's camp. It is a dangerous road and I'm simply warning you where it is leading.

What I find most significant is that not one of the members who keep citing FortRuss and other Dugin fellow traveler sites has ever objected to my calling them "Fascist." The Third Way lives, it seems.

But I thought Europe came in terms with it's past. I mean Europe would never fight a war among each other again. I mean Marine Le Pen's party and all other extremist parties in Europe are just a small minority.

This scenario would only apply if this was in Asia where there are actual tensions flaring (China/Japan, North Korea/South Korea, Philippines/Taiwan)

- The Kremlin knows US neo cons have trouble when they don`t have the backing of the EU

- US wants to split Russia in pieces and by so they are threat to them

- EU needs to speak with one mouth in foreign policy

- The leading EU parties worry about the anti-EU parties gaining too much and so they need to do what Europeans citizens actually want instead of blindly following the neo cons into war (democracy)

- So in order to not destabilize the EU, the leading European parties need to listen to their citizens, and that means not to go on the path of destabilizing Europe by making a War in it and making War with Russia

Conclusion, it`s the exact opposite as to the destabilizing being done by the Empire of Chaos...but leave it to the OP to twist things around and confuse people with disinformation.
