The person who did this is clearly a waste of oxygen who doesn't give a crap about anybody else and thinks nothing of taking a dump anywhere he pleases. Now that we have video evidence, it's a fecal matter...I mean legal matter. Excremation point right here.

i am more baffled at this being a 3 year trend.

If i walk out and find a loaf laying on the hood of my truck, im most likely to grab the hose and remove it. I am least likely to call the cops to report it.

So there are people who would rather spend hours of their day dealing with cops rather than just removing the offensive matter from their vehicle and going on about their day?

I once had a friend who in a fit of rage after being dumped, took a huge dump on his ex girlfriend's front porch. I've never understood the concept of rage poops. This guy clearly has a screw or two loose as it's not an isolated incident.
