Go look up Poppys youtube video called "Lowlife". It starts off with her doing the As Above So Below Baphomet hand sign. Her personal youtube channel is even stranger.

And I see some more entries I get to hear... thanks!

Now this is a much beloved effort from days of yore... and no, the band's name is not apropos to anything, despite my absence from the boards ... so take some illicit substance(s), light some candles and relax to... Suicide

and then snuff the candle, apply the wrap around reflecto shades and then do the robot to... M - Pop Muzik

Damn, I left my reflecto shades in the '80's. If only I'd known there'd be a call for them today...

Man, the eighties... has that really been that long ago??!

It is very fitting that we had a cold snap which made me put on the long underwear. I had a big gaping hole in the front of my jeans with the long johns clearly showing! All that was needed was a checkered flannel shirt and I would have fit in at any grunge show... just 24 years late!

Dramarama - Last Cigarette

I have the Live at the China Club version playing right now!...

One before I go to bed...

It's long john weather here, I can assure you! I'm just waiting for storm Barbara (apparently) to appear over the next few days, with power-cuts forecast alongside. Hurray. We will be roasting tiny slivers of meat over the fire on Christmas Day, since our weather system and puny infrastructure can send us back to the Bronze Age in a flash.

I'm quite fond of the Bronze Age though, so no problems really. How's your weather now? All good, I hope x

Maybe the best grunge song ever...

No, wait...

If you don't feel a lump in your throat, you have no soul. My daughter showed me this video of a wee girl from Northern Ireland who attends Killard House, special needs school. She's only 10!

I don't think I have posted this....if so I blame it on age and the memory slips!

My, my, I am soooo sorry to leave you hanging like that!! Mea culpa.

We rode the bubble, got some new snow on Christmas Day, it was warm for a bit (zero C, or there abouts), then over New Years we had ridiculous fog. The bottom is about to drop out we could -20 °C! A good time of the year to stay inside and do things like organize my iPod! Or capo my acoustic and learn a new song... hum?

I totally agree on those Nirvana songs! Negative Creep was the first song I ever heard from them. Bleach is an appendage to me. One time I ran into a fun guy and started to kind of freak out and lose it, on went that album to soothe the melting mind!

Hope you and yours had a wonderful holiday session!

In a totally different direction... I heard this one at the pub the other day but they had it turned way down. That is when I realized I only know the chorus. I love Harriet's voice but in reading the ironical lyrics... this is really good stuff!

The Sundays - You're Not the Only One I Know

ETA: It is even funnier that left you hanging!!...

You're not the only one that I know
And I'm too proud to talk to you anyway...

...
But if you do
Don't you know
that I don't mind
No, no, no, no

I like a bit of synchronicity, as you know.Good tune, I love the Sundays

-20 (don't know where to find degree sign on keyboard) sounds vile, I shall stick with Victorian fog and drizzle today, thank you.

So many tunes, which one today? Eastern Euro-bonkers, Laibach 'Sympathy for the Devil'
Hope all is good with you, Mr TEOT x
